Motorcycle Accident Sends Man to Hospital with Serious Injuries

A two-vehicle vs. motorcycle accident left the motorcyclist in the hospital.

The crash occurred on Saturday on Matthews Road near Picayune, according to Pearl River County Sheriff's Department.


The vehicles involved in the accident were a Honda CBR motorcycle and a Dodge Durango. The driver of the motorcycle, 21, was injured and transported to Forrest General Hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the Durango, 27, did not suffer injuries in the accident. Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
